Inspections - We conduct a complete,
mandatory inspection with every service to ensure the chimney
structure is sound and the system meets Massachusetts State
Code.
Sweeps - The chimney is swept from the
bottom up to ensure that all areas of the flue, firebox and
smoke shelf are properly cleaned.
Cap Installations - A proper cap is
recommended for all chimneys. A cap will prevent water
intrusion of the flue, animal intrusion, and down drafts.
Woodstove Installations - We are fully
liscenced and knowledgeable for evaluation and proper
installation of your woodstove.
Relining - Steel liners are the best option
for lining or relining your chimney. They carry a
lifetime warranty and, unlike flue tiles, will not crack under
extreme heat.
Masonry Repair- We can repair
spalling and/or cracked brick to bring a chimney up to its
original form.
Waterproofing - Water is masonry's arch
nemesis. It can weaken the integrity of a masonry
structure to the point of disrepair. Therefore,
waterproofing your chimney is key in maintaining a long-lasting
chimney structure.
